Ketos is a paddle game that fits a beach afternoon. You can play as a pair or with a small group, and the only real rule is to keep the rally alive. It is light, social, and easy to learn even if you did not pack sport gear.

There is also an online version if you want to practice after you leave the sand. Ask at Blessed House if you want to try it during your stay.

The game works in a small space, which is why it belongs at the beach and at the property. You do not need a court. You need a bit of flat sand or grass and people willing to laugh when the ball drops.

Play before the sun is high. Heat makes every rally shorter. A morning round and a swim is a better pair than a long match at noon.

If you like it, take the online version home. The physical game is still the one that belongs here, with salt on the paddles and the Caribbean in the background.
