Volio waterfalls ten minutes from home

Volio is close enough that guests sometimes skip it, then wish they had gone sooner. A ten minute ride from Blessed House reaches rainforest waterfalls where you can swim, sit on rock, and listen to the forest work.

Give it a half day rather than a rushed stop. Wear shoes with grip, and ask the team about recent rain before you go.

The pools change with the season. After rain they are louder and cooler. In a dry spell they are clearer and easier to sit beside. Both versions are worth the short trip inland.

Do not climb wet rock for a better photo. The falls are already the view. Keep bags on high ground and watch your footing on moss.

Come back sandy or muddy and rinse at the property. That is a good day. Volio is the reminder that the forest starts a few minutes from the cabins, not only on a long tour bus.
