I.Shared pool and gardens
The pool and gardens are shared with other guests. Keep the area tidy, rinse off sand before swimming, and respect quiet use after 10 pm.
II.Occupancy and parties
This villa sleeps up to 4 guests. The nightly rate includes 2 guests. Each extra adult or child is $30 per night. Minimum stay is 2 nights for online Reserve.
No parties or events. Only up to 4 registered guests may stay overnight.
III.Arrival
We will share check in instructions and access details before your arrival. Please let us know if you have an early flight or late transfer.

IV.Pets
